John Talabot occupies a fairly unique position in the current electronic landscape. A space he has carved himself by staying true to an artistic vision that is broad in its scope and specific in its convictions. His open-minded approach to making, collecting and playing music allows him to be just as comfortable on the main stage of a great festival as in a small local club, earning the following of both the occasional fan and the demanding connoisseur along the way.

Today, he keeps pushing the envelope, following instincts rather than stratagems. To do so he favors a continuous dialogue with like-minded artists. His alliance with Axel Boman in Talaboman has just birthed a new label and his Lost Scripts duo with Pional keeps delivering sparkles of brilliance, but those are just two of the several joint projects he currently has in play.
A need for discovery also defines his tireless search of music, making him one of those rare DJs that can effortlessly juxtapose efficacy, risk, and revelation. His allnighter sets are hard to forget, with notable examples in venues and festivals such as Sónar, Pickle Factory, Moog or the Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museum in Glasgow. Moreover playing music, his curational endeavors keep expanding, having commissioned stages in festivals such as Primavera Sound or Nuits Sonores or bringing his Hivern Discs label’s nights to clubs around Europe.

In many ways, his work with the label epitomizes his understanding of music: rigorous and committed, but constantly dynamic and open to the unexpected. Because if John Talabot has made something clear over the last decade, is that growth always comes from the will to keep exploring.

Dave Harvey is a seasoned DJ and promoter based in Bristol, known for his eclectic sets and deep-rooted connections within the music scene. As the founder of Team Love, a Bristol-based event collective, Dave has been instrumental in shaping some of the UK’s most loved festivals and events, including Love International, Love Saves The Day, Forwards, Waterworks and more besides alongside helming the team at the now legendary Silver Hayes area at Glastonbury.

With a DJ career spanning decades, Dave has played at a wide range of clubs across the UK and Europe, many of the ones you’ve heard of and a fair few you might not have, moving through genres from house and disco to techno and breakbeat to electro.

In recent years Chez de Milo has been behind the line-ups and the decks of Bristol’s best parties. The founder of Club Blanco, he’s welcomed the most prestigious underground selectors to spaces all over the city. As the host of Magic Carpet Ride on Noods Radio, he’s provided Bristol with mid-week weirdness for over 5 years. And as producer, he’s created and remixed music for Futureboogie, Disco Halal, Duro and more.

As a DJ, Chez de Milo possesses a shamanic ability to lead dancefloors through rhythmic and cosmic portals. With a wiggy, psychedelic palette, Chez’s sets are meant to be exploring otherworldly music only.

In a world of musical superficiality and set trends with over hyped hysteria, it is becoming gradually harder to find real, authentic music and honest artists. Yet there are exceptions to the rule and Laurine is living proof of this. It can be heard and felt in her music and from the records she so dutifully covets and endlessly seeks.

She is leading a little revolution that is fighting the gross digitalization of music and steering people back to the right path of a truer sound.

Her roots in US house and techno. Her beginnings as a DJ, before laptops and internet at home, relying only on her ears and her instincts. Her organic growth from a record store regular, to warm-up DJ, to the complete selector she is today. Her love for crate digging, seeking the new in the old or finding the rare. Her thirst for recreating a vibe she often had experienced on the other side of the booth. All these things make Laurine a true-to-the-art-form DJ.

Along with Cecilio and S. Moreira she runs Slow Life. A label, party collective and vehicle for a concept based on quality sound, energy, and a strong musical vision.

Originating from the small UK seaside town of Cleethorpes, the visionary Animals on Psychedelics founder has been exporting his weird and wonderful sound beyond borders, spellbinding crowds across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

From mind-melting mesmeric sets to close out festivals alongside his regular b2b partner, Jane Fitz, to pounding some of the world’s best club dance floors, Carl’s eclectic sonic range and surgical precision to mixing seamlessly traverses both big rooms and intimate spaces.

UNUM returns to PW on Sat. March 29th, inviting Morrocan DJ and producer Monile to headline their next adventure. Razor-sharp track selection and world-spanning vibes. No gimmicks, just groove.

To make it all the more fun, Barbu will be joining Mera back to back for this one.

From her earliest days, Monile was drawn to electronic music through her older brother; a house, 90s dance and techno record collector. Her roots are a combination of classical piano, 90s hip-hop, soul, jazz and disco. To her, exploring different genres means growth.

Her music reflects a rhythmic compassion for deep grooves and enchanting bass lines, exploring a wide range of club-friendly electronic music styles from old school Chicago house and minimal techno to UK breakbeat and Detroit electro.

With such a broad musical background and a daily digging habit, her sets incorporate the deep and dub-influenced sound she loves, whilst retaining the driving funk of her musical past. Her love for music is an endless journey to share with the world.

UNUM was created out of passion for music, having friendship as founding principle. It’s a promoter that feels more like a collective, currently building a scene in Brașov. Their passion for sound is also reflected in their UNUM Acoustics branch.

Fabric London resident, Rinse FM host and London off-grid party specialist, Anna Wall, headlines the next PW x SNRS party alongside roster-affiliate Andrei Ciubuc on Fri. March 28th.

Anna started playing underground parties around the UK capital back in 2010 putting her own London edge on various strains of dance music; from reductionist dub techno to forgotten 90s house, classic techno, electro and acid. She runs a vinyl label called The Bricks, hosts a monthly show on Rinse FM and is a Fabric resident since 2019.

In front of a dance floor she truly flourishes – committed, distinctive, and completely versatile, with a record collection built over ninteen years and constantly expanding – she’s fine-tuned the art of playing alongside interesting and varied line-ups.
