Please remember that access to Portobello Stradale will be by ticket only. Present your ticket at the entrance for scanning.
The organizer reserves the right to make minor changes to the program or distribution.
In case of postponement or cancellation of the event, the ticket holder has the right to return it for a refund only at the location where it was bought, within 30 days from the date of the announcement of postponement or cancellation. In case of postponement or cancellation of events, or program changes, additional expenses (transportation, hotel, etc.) will not be returned.
By purchasing this ticket, the buyer undertakes to accept and respect the official regulations of the event as well as the Organizer’s Terms of Use. Failure to comply with the regulations or the use of the ticket for purposes other than those stipulated may result in the cancellation of the ticket and may lead to the banning of the ticket holder’s access to the event. Returning the ticket, in the mentioned cases, is not possible.
The promoter of the event does not assume responsibility and will not offer compensation to people who present damaged tickets, tickets that are not valid or tickets whose barcodes are not valid or whose barcodes have previously been scanned and who have already granted access to the event to another person.
Falsification or copying of tickets, done in any way, is a crime and is punishable according to the law.
The introduction and/or use in the premises of blunt or sharp objects, bottles, mugs, sticks, weapons, fireworks or other objects listed in the internal rules of the location are strictly prohibited. Loud sound can cause hearing problems or other health problems.
