Friction is a highly respected figure in the Drum & Bass scene, co-owning Shogun Audio, Elevate Records, and Maraki Records. His DJ career has taken him around the globe, from Glastonbury to Tokyo, and he’s hosted BBC Radio 1’s Drum & Bass show for six years. His label, Shogun Audio, has played a pivotal role in shaping the careers of many prominent producers in the bass music scene. Known for his dynamic productions and remixes, Friction continues to push boundaries with recent hits like ‘All Night’ and ‘Dancing,’ leading up to his debut album ‘Connections’ released in 2011.
